Chuck Tasch leads the CM Acquisitions’ companies in
redirecting business strategies and enhancing operating results.
Currently CEO and a Director of American Roller Holding Company,
Mr. Tasch manages the CMA investments in industrial rollers and
coatings. Mr. Tasch is a board member of CMA’s induction
equipment businesses (ABP/Pillar) in North America, Europe and
South America. On the Board of the National Coil Coating
Association, Mr. Tasch is also a member of numerous trade
associations related to promoting middle market
manufacturing.
Prior to founding CMA in 1999,
Mr. Tasch managed and consulted to middle market businesses
ranging in sales from $5 to $300 million. His
“hands-on” approach as acting-CEO or advisor was
successful in stabilizing operations and rebuilding enterprise
value for dozens of companies in a wide variety of industries:
capital equipment, machining, tool and die/metalworking,
healthcare products, lawn and garden, printing, plastic
molding/extrusion/converting, industrial maintenance
services/supplies, specialty coatings and warehouse distribution.
While a partner at Silverman Consulting, Mr. Tasch had a
well-earned reputation among the most prominent financial
institutions in the Midwestern U.S. for being a trusted executive
capable of achieving superior results within a short time
period.
Mr. Tasch received his BBA from
the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from DePaul
University.
Michael S. Felvey, Founder and
Principal

Mike Felvey focuses on CMA
investment origination, transaction structuring and execution,
and assists portfolio companies with business plan development
and growth strategies. Currently leading the Boards of all CMA
companies, Mr. Felvey is also the President of Pillar Industries
(Shanghai) Company Limited, a wholly foreign-owned enterprise
incorporated in the PRC.
Since 1982, Mr. Felvey has
worked exclusively with middle market companies. Before founding
CMA with Mr. Tasch, Mr. Felvey successfully managed and led
private equity investments at Heico Acquisitions, leveraged
acquisitions at Bank of America (formerly Continental Bank) and
troubled company workouts at PricewaterhouseCoopers. His tenure
at Heico encompassed successfully leading the acquisitions of
Stenograph Corporation, Xcribe Corporation and Discovery
Products, Inc., acting as interim-President managing the
turnaround and sale of Integrated Information Services and
participating in the Neo Industries and Ohmite Corporation
investments.
Mr. Felvey received his BS in
Accountancy from Illinois State University.
Paul F. Decker, Principal

Paul Decker leads the CMA
investments within the induction equipment and services industry
and advises CMA companies in strategic planning and process
improvement. Currently CEO of ABP Induction LLC, Mr. Decker is
also a Director of Pillar Induction Company LLC and the four ABP
subsidiaries located in Germany, Sweden, Brazil and
Thailand.
Prior to joining CMA in 2005,
Mr. Decker managed and consulted to middle market businesses
ranging in sales from $2 to $100 million. Previously, as
CEO/President of Cobotics, Inc., a start-up in the field of human
controlled robotics used for final assembly in the automotive
industry. Cobotics products were quickly adopted for use in
production by General Motors, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Ford.
Cobotics was sold to The Stanley Works (NYSE:SWK) in December
2002. Prior to Cobotics, he was President of the Life Safety
Systems division of ATMI, Inc (NASDAQ: ATMI), a designer,
manufacturer, and installer of toxic gas detection and life
safety systems for the global semiconductor manufacturing
industry where among other responsibilities, he managed two
German subsidiaries. He joined ATMI through its merger with MST,
a private equity sponsored consolidation of four international
semiconductor equipment companies. Prior to MST, he founded and
sold a company involved in the manufacturing of turbine blades,
and he managed engineering and production for a first tier
supplier to the turbo machinery, medical and power tool
industries.
Mr. Decker received his BS in
Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and his
MBA (Kellogg) from Northwestern University.
Christopher S. Field,
Principal

Chris Field focuses on due
diligence and financial analysis of new investment opportunities
and monitors the real estate needs for CMA portfolio companies.
He serves on the boards of Pillar Induction Company LLC and
Pillar Industries (Shanghai) Company Ltd. Mr. Field has over 25
years experience in corporate restructurings, structured finance,
investment management, and real estate development. He has
extensive international working experience in Europe, South East
Asia and South America.
Before joining CMA, he founded a
successful commercial property development company. Prior to that
Mr. Field spent 20 years at Bank of America and Continental Bank
in various international banking assignments, most recently being
responsible for the Bank’s proprietary investing in
distressed debt securities with a particular skill in identifying
undervalued opportunities.
